The state of the art F & D laboratory is competent to handle entire gamut of activities from product identification, lab scale development, commercial batch manufacturing, stability data generation as per ICH guidelines, preparation of dossiers & technology transfer.

Flamingo’s continued focus on F & D has resulted in several product approvals from MHRA in the last two years and many more are in the pipeline.

The strength of the F & D department is the leadership provided by senior qualified person to a team of qualified pharmacists/scientists who are working on Pre-formulation studies , Formulation development using single-pot technology of ROTO and Fluid Bed Processing, development of alternative technologies , Stability Profiling and Technology Transfer etc.

The department is well equipped with ultra modern instruments and has the capability to develop all types of products with special emphasis on Tablet and Capsule Dosage forms.
