• Process improvements for higher efficiency and better productivity
• Analytical Method Development etc.

R&D has played an important role in every successful milestone that flamingo has laid. Flamingo’s R&D setup has received recognition from the Government of India in the year 2007.

The state of the art R&D Centre is competent to handle an entire gamut of activities from Product Identification, Lab Scale Development to full scale Industrial Batch Manufacturing. Lab Scale equipments replicate actual setup of Taloja facility. This helps in carrying out site variation more effectively.

The R&D centre is supported with team of qualified pharmacists/scientists who are working on Pre-formulation studies, Formulation development using single-pot technology of ROTO and Fluid Bed Processing, development of alterative technologies, Stability Profiling, packing specification development etc.

The R&D centre plays vital role in Flamingo's global business, its support helps Flamingo, design and register formulations in its various markets, detailed study and documentation is generated with the help of regulatory department for various country specific registrations.

Till date R&D has developed more than 100 formulations for Flamingo's Global market and carried out more than 50 site variations for its contract manufacturing business.

Regulatory Services

R&D team is supported by in-house regulatory department during dossier preparation. Flamingo is holding 1,842 Market Authorizations (MAs) in the countries of Africa, Asia, Central & South America and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Now extending its branch from regulated market, Flamingo Pharmaceuticals has started providing dossier making services for regulated market. To achieve this objective a dedicated and experienced team has been setup to serve our customers better.
